Description

Company Name: A Leading Cement Supplier Location: Al-Ahsa. Duties: The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager directs, coordinates and supervises all mechanical maintenance and workshop activities for the cement factory vehicles. • Participate in the preparation of maintenance programs directing the implementation of such programs, investigating modification and new projects proposals. • Examine equipment performance and provide recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost. • Ensure that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently. • Prepare and implement detailed maintenance and workshop procedures and practices. • Ensure that activities are carried out safely, recommend alternative maintenance frequencies based on equipment history or as a result of regular vibration monitoring surveys in pursuit of optimization. • Review task analysis with special reference to potential loss and safety hazards including identifying critical tasks.
